Marcia’s Munchies pickling team is dedicated to selecting fresh and, when possible, local ingredients.
First, we hand-select boxes filled with cucumbers from Michigan produce vendors. We line up dozens mason glass jars, big pots.
Before pickling, we begin the process by slicing the cucumbers into thin chips. This is known as bread-and-butter style, which is traditionally sweeter in flavor.
